Cape View Clifton
Tucked into the side of the cliff-face above the Cape’s famous Clifton beaches and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, the five-storey family owned property opened its doors in November 2012 by Jessica Latimer the eldest of the Latimer Family Children. It was refurbished by Jessica Latimer with the help of her mother Frith Latimer to create the personal feel of a private home coupled with the trappings of a luxury guesthouse.
The 556 square meter property has seven luxury suites (including one two bedroom suite and one three bedroom suite perfect for families). The latest addition to the collection is Clifton 7 which offers total privacy and a new level of exclusivity.
